I've been to this location several times. It is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. Lines in excess of 30 minutes at dinner time on a Friday night. You wait that long, you're kind of committed to seeing it through. But enough is enough.

Maybe bias that is I used to work at this location but in my experiences at many other chipotle both in mn and in other states, we gave the best experience ever. The staff and management at the time (2013-2014) here taught me a lot of valuable things I can take with me and apply it everyday for the rest of my life. This was the first job I ever felt passionate about. And it always showed during work. I was not the only one, we empowered eachother to be capable to do the same. Customer service so unique and awesome that many of us had customers crying, literally!!! The job wasn't just about food, it only served as a vehicle. Our staff at the time believed that our purpose was to change lives. Weather through providing a unique and awesome experience with a customer that turned a frown upside down and giving them a story to go home and share or empowering eachother and helping one another get better, not just at the task but as a person. This is where I learned how real resturant experience should be. We had high standards! Standards that I find lacking at so many other places of business. Sadly, in my recent experiences at different chipotles, they did not greet me with a smile as I once did. They did not make jokes as I did. The experience was not personal and i didnt get to leave home with a story to share, as my crew had always naturally were able to create with customers. To the old Vadnais Crew I was fortunate enough to be a part of, one love.

This place used to be great but as the recent reviews show, it has gone way downhill. Really slow service, cleanliness problems everywhere. Employees just don't look like they know what they're supposed to be doing. The new Chipotle in Shoreview is also really bad ... Maybe they have the same (lack of) management?

First return since my last review. No change. Lines out the door on a Saturday lunch. Manager training new cashier while watching the food servers struggle. There was a different manager on duty, but this one was not better. Manager stood there bouncing the cups up and down on the spring loaded dispenser. He did greet the customers but more like a bartender than a restaurant host. Not sure what the average acceptable wait time to receive your food in a fast food restaurant is, but 25 minutes after getting in line has to be way outside the norm. (We timed our wait).

This is the best location. Food and service is the best.

The best chipoltle in town. Great crew and managers. We are there every Saturday night. I think the online ordering might slow things down a bit, creating long lines on weekends, but they usually move pretty fast.
